Cabot Citrus Farms offers a “home away from home” with cottages that offer elegant design and luxuriously appointed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Our students will enjoy four-bedroom cottages that include fully customized kitchens and well-appointed open concept living spaces. Each bedroom has a connected private bath.
Golf at Cabot Citrus
Cabot Citrus Farms features world-class amenities, including two revitalized 18-hole courses, one 9-hole course, an 11-hole par-3 course, and a new clubhouse. LifeLong Golf students will learn and practice on incredible practice facilities that include a two-acre putting course and driving range with TrackMan technology.
Our LifeLong Golf Retreat will include on-course coaching rounds on Karoo, The Squeesze and The Wedge.
Karoo — 18 Hole Championship Course
A dynamic 18-hole layout featuring rugged aesthetics with wide fairways, multiple routes to pins, and bold green contours. With tee boxes accommodating every level of golfer, Karoo rewards creative scoring game shots around the greens. Be on the lookout for Sandhill Cranes known to dance and sing. Their call is a loud trumpeting sound that is often described as a rolling karoo.
The Squeeze — 9 Hole Short Course
The Squeeze offers 9 holes that range from 100 yards to 550 yards. Architect Mike Nuzzo drew inspiration from the world’s best short par 4s to create a course that is full of fun and drama. This will be the perfect course for students to improve course management from decision making to learning how to hit off uneven lies to becoming a great short game player!
The Wedge — Par 3 Course
Our LifeLong Golf Group will kick off festivities on The Wedge prior to our welcome reception. The 11-hole par-3 course offers huge waste areas, greens with dramatic slopes, and lots of varied lies. Golfers will encounter some of Cabot Citrus Farms’ most interesting design features at The Wedge.
The LifeLong Golf Retreat Experience
Our LifeLong Golf Retreat is a unique opportunity golfers of all skill levels to kick-off 2025 by improving their swing fundamentals and essential playing skills.
Each student will complete a player survey prior to attending the retreat. These surveys will guide our curriculum and itinerary each day–our primary goal is to create a dynamic and FUN environment for all skill levels attending. From our clinics to on-course coaching rounds, you will leave with these core takeaways:
- A more dependable and adaptable golf swing
- A clear sense of who you are as a player and an on-course framework that creates a customized pathway to lower your scores
In addition to learning and playing each day, students will enjoy a private FootJoy shopping experience, premium Titleist balls and a LifeLong Golf gift that includes golf school books and practice guides for independent continued improvement.

Golf School General Itinerary:
Monday, February 24th–Arrival, The Wedge Challenge & Welcome Reception
- 4:00 p.m.: The Wedge Challenge–A fun round on the Par 3 course. This is an opportunity to have fun unwinding with friends after a day of travel. The coaches will play with each group to greet participants.
- 7:00 p.m.: Welcome Reception
Tuesday, February 25th– Golf School Day 1
- 9:30-1:00 p.m.: Skills clinic at practice facility (3.5 hours)
- 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
- 3:00 p.m.: 9 Hole Coaching Round on The Squeeze
Wednesday, February 26th– Golf School Day 2
- 7:30 a.m.: Pre-Round Warm Up
- 8:48 a.m.: 18 holes on Karoo
- 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
- 2:30-4:30 p.m. Skills clinic at practice facility (2 hours)
Thursday, February 27th– Golf School Day 3
- 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Skills clinic at practice facility (3 hours)

Registration Details
- 12 Students Maximum
- $8,450 per room (whether single or double occupancy)
Registration fees include:
- 3 Nights at Cabot Citrus Farms. Participants will stay in a four bedroom cottage. Each cottage has a private bathroom connected to each room. Participants will share living spaces and a customized kitchen.
- Welcome Reception and lunch each day. (Please note, breakfast and dinners outside of the welcome reception are not included.)
- A round on The Wedge par three course
- 18 Holes on Karoo (Coached Round)–Caddies Included
- 9 Hole Round on The Squeeze (Coached Round)

Caddies: Please note that all courses at Cabot Citrus are walking only. We will have caddies with us when we play the Karoo course. These fees are included in your golf school registration.
Payments & Deposits
- To guarantee your spot in this school, deposits are due by: Monday, December 2nd, 2025.
- Deposit Fee: $4,225
- The remaining registration balance is due by: Monday, January 6th, 2025
Cancelation Policies–Please Read Carefully
- Cancelations made prior to December 30th, 2024 will have their deposits refunded minus credit card processing fees.
- Cancelations made after December 30th, 2024 will forfeit their deposit unless a participant can take the place of your spot. LifeLong Golf will do it’s best to help in finding a replacement, but is not responsible for finding a replacement. If a replacement is found, you will be refunded your deposit minus credit card processing fees.
- Cancelations made after January 25th, 2025 will be responsible for the entire registration fee unless a participant can take the place of your spot. Again, LifeLong Golf will do it’s best to help in finding a replacement, but is not responsible for finding a replacement.
- Refund Policies: Please note that all deposit and registration refunds will be made minus credit card processing fees.
Weather Policy
- Our golf schools will take place “rain or shine”. In the event of inclement weather, we have a plan for indoor instruction. Golf school sessions will not be canceled due to inclement weather.
Travel Policy
- LifeLong Golf is not responsible for any travel associated with arrival or departure. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements.
- Unexpected travel disruptions can arise. There is no refund offered if you cannot attend part or all of your LifeLong Golf trip due to travel cancelations or delays.
- LifeLong Golf does not offer travel insurance. We recommend you consider this option through an independent agency.

Chelsea Soda is the Director of Instruction at Echo Valley Country Club in Des Moines, Iowa. She has become one of the region’s most respected golf coaches. Chelsea teaches golfers of all levels from beginners to Canadian PGA Tour players. Recently her students have won regional and national titles including the 2022 British Senior Amateur Champion. Recognized by her peers as Best in State in Colorado and Iowa, Chelsea’s recent accolades also include:
